# Web Import

## Description

The Web Import features enables you to add items to your Zotero libraries directly from an URL. It is powered by [Wikimedia's public API](https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/#/Citation/getCitation).

In its current version, import is triggered from Roam blocks that contain one or more URL(s) **and that contain a trigger tag**. You can select which trigger tags to use in your user settings.

## Tags

The list of tags for which to show the "Web Import" button. If no tags are selected, the button will never be shown.
